Thermal imaging is an excellent preventative maintenance service. Imaging allows us to identify overloaded or overheating circuits in your control panels and electrical panels. We can image motors to find overheating bearings and running to hot. Thermal imaging of your ovens, dryers, oxidizers, etc to find leak points in duct work and framing. This also allows us to find hot spots that are not visible on the outside skin and catch them before they cause excessive damage. This service ultimately enables us to identify any faulty areas before they cause excessive damage to your equipment, property, or harm to occupants.
Burner tuning is achieved by adjusting the air and gas mixtures to the proper ratios that each burner was designed for. Several benefits of tuning your industrial burner include improved system efficiency. This allows for better heating performance and lower heating cost. Tuning will reduce the risk of heating system failures. If your burner system is incorrectly tuned, this can cause excessive heat and premature failure of components. Per OSHA and the National Fire Protection Association, NFPA86 safety inspections are required annually on each piece of combustion equipment. Thorough safety inspections allow us to find missing safety items that could be crucial to the safety of your equipment and employees. During our inspections we will address any safety components that are not functioning properly and bring them to your immediate attention. After completion of our inspections, you will receive a clear, detailed report of the inspection performed on your industrial burner equipment.
